Job Description:

As the Growth Intelligence Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving RxLogix’s strategic growth initiatives. By gathering, analyzing, and disseminating critical market and competitive intelligence, you will enable the company to make informed decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

Market Insights:

  • Conduct detailed research to map out market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the pharmacovigilance sector.
  • Develop actionable insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and market entry decisions.

Customer Insights:

  • Analyze customer profiles to understand current PV solutions in use, satisfaction levels, and key challenges.
  • Provide insights to enhance customer engagement and tailor RxLogix’s solutions to meet customer needs.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Perform comprehensive competitor analysis to identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Highlight RxLogix’s unique value propositions and competitive advantages through comparative analysis.

Strategic Stakeholder Analysis:

  • Identify key decision-makers, influencers, and economic buyers within target organizations.
  • Develop tailored communication strategies to effectively address the needs and concerns of each stakeholder group.

Data Quality and Management:

  • Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of all data collected and reported.
  • Implement best practices for data management and analysis to maintain high standards of data integrity.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in pharmacovigilance and growth intelligence.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on leveraging market intelligence for strategic decision-making.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: 7-10 years in the pharmacovigilance industry, with substantial experience in business intelligence, market research, or a related field.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of PV business processes, software product management, or implementation.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales enablement software, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Network: Strong professional network within the PV, Pharma, and MedTech sectors.
