Position Summary: The Engagement Lead/Program Manager is responsible for ensuring successful client engagements from start to finish, serving as the main point of contact for clients and managing the delivery of RxLogix solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, strong leadership, and the ability to oversee cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, customer success, and pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, with a specific focus on drug safety and pharmacovigilance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Regularly interact with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction and alignment with RxLogix offerings.
  • Ensure strong, lasting relationships are built and maintained to drive long-term collaboration and success.

Project Planning and Delivery:

  • Lead and oversee project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, pre-sales, and support teams, to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure project scope, timelines, and deliverables are met in line with client expectations and RxLogix standards.
  • Monitor project risks, identify mitigation strategies, and manage changes through Change Controls.

Client Needs Assessment and Solution Design:

  • Conduct client discovery meetings to fully understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to design tailored solutions that leverage RxLogix’s drug safety platform.
  • Ensure that the solutions delivered meet client requirements and create measurable value for their business.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates and communication to both internal and external stakeholders on project progress, risks, and deliverables.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to assess project outcomes, client satisfaction, and identify future opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to provide clients with actionable recommendations for improving their systems and processes.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Guide and manage the internal delivery teams to meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Mentor and coach team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Product Feedback:

  • Keep up with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to ensure RxLogix’s solutions remain competitive and innovative.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client experiences and industry insights to drive continuous improvement of RxLogix solutions.

Business Development and Upselling:

  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing engagements by understanding client evolving needs and RxLogix’s product roadmap.
  • Communicate with the RxLogix Client Partner about the upselling opportunity to take it forward.

Key Deliverables:

Engagement Roadmap and Project Plans:

    • Detailed project plans that outline objectives, timelines, resources, and milestones for each client engagement.
    • Regular updates on the project status, risks, and progress toward deliverables.

Project Delivery Reports:

    • Detailed reports on the status of ongoing projects, including risk assessments, milestones, and client feedback.
    • Timely communication of issues internally and follow the escalation path to ensure timely resolution.

Quarterly Business Reviews:

    • Insightful client reviews covering project performance, client satisfaction, and recommendations for future collaboration.
    • Identification of upsell opportunities and recommendations for additional RxLogix solutions that align with client goals.

Client Satisfaction and Performance Metrics:

    • Reports on client satisfaction, engagement success, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Data-driven insights on project outcomes and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Product Feedback:

    • Gather the product feedback from the client users informally and formally periodically.
      1. What they like, they don’t like and what needs to be improved.
      2. Which capabilities would improve efficiency if further enhanced/automated.
    • Ensure client feedback and enhancements are logged in the Company JIRA portal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, client engagement, or customer success in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries.
  • Strong understanding of drug safety, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record of leading successful client engagements and project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering client value and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in guiding and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
