Rich is responsible for cultivating and managing strategic client relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the RxLogix Safety Platform.

Rich brings over 20 years of PV Operations experience, having led global organizations and implemented safety systems at major pharmaceutical companies. His career began at Accenture, followed by 12 years at Johnson & Johnson optimizing processes and technologies. He spent the last 10 years at CSL Behring, where he developed the Global PV Operations group, implemented managed services, and optimized interfaces with Clinical, Quality, and Medical Information functions.

Rich’s extensive expertise in pharmacovigilance, strategic planning, project management, and global leadership makes him a valuable addition to RxLogix. Based in the US, he will enhance client experiences, drive growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. His leadership and mentorship will be pivotal in advancing RxLogix commitment to excellence and innovation in the pharmacovigilance industry.

Rich holds Bachelor’s degree in English and Economics from University of Richmond and MBA from Rutgers University, NJ
